Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO manages day to day operations across mining sites, engineering services, and mineral supply chains. With a background in mining engineering and project execution, the COO ensures that all operations meet global standards for safety, productivity, and environmental responsibility.
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
The CTO leads the engineering, equipment procurement, and technical services divisions. Their expertise in equipment selection, plant optimization, and maintenance engineering ensures that Mellustre delivers reliable, high performance solutions to clients across the mining sector.
Head of Procurement & Supply Chain
Responsible for global sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and inventory planning, the Head of Procurement ensures seamless delivery of mining equipment, spare parts, and mineral exports. Their role is critical in maintaining supply reliability and cost effective operations.
Head of Mineral Operations
This role oversees exploration, extraction, and processing of Mellustre’s mineral portfolio, including Lithium (Spodumene & Lepidolite), Cassiterite, Rare Earth Metals, Columbite, Tantalite, and Gold. They ensure compliance with mining regulations, quality standards, and sustainable extraction practices.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO manages financial planning, investment strategy, risk management, and corporate reporting. Their leadership ensures financial stability, transparency, and sustainable growth across all business units.
Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
The HSE lead ensures that all operations comply with international safety standards and environmental regulations. They champion safe work practices, risk mitigation, and sustainable mining initiatives across all Mellustre sites.
Head of Corporate Services & Administration
